Certain text styles are used to make the information in this document clear and easy to identify.
Following are descriptions and examples of the text conventions used:
NOTE: Look for important notes and tips like this.
- Words in italics indicate the name of a field or screen. For example: Enter your password in the Password field.
- Words that are emphasized indicate the name of an application, column, section or report. For example: The Audit Schedule Report provides information about scheduled audits.
- Words in bold indicate the name of a button, menu, menu option, check box or radio button. For example: Click Save to save the changes.
- Words that are Underlined indicate the name of a link in the License Sales Application (LSA) that, when clicked, displays additional information or opens another screen. For example: Click the Download link to display the Download Report screen.
- When instructions tell you to select a command from the menu bar, it is shown in bold type with a "greater than" sign between the menu commands in hierarchal order. For example: Select File > Sign Out from the menu bar to log out of the License Sales Application (LSA).
