The Main Menu screen is the screen through which all the LSA tools are accessed. Each link in the Main Menu screen (Figure 5) opens a different tool. The links that display differ depending on the privileges granted to the person currently logged in.

Certain functions can be accessed through the Main Menu screen.
They are:
- Sales - Enables you to search for, add and update customer information, as well as sell, replace, save and print license transactions. See "Selling Licenses".
- Void - Enables you to void license transactions. See "Voiding Licenses".
- Administration - Enables you to add and maintain clerk information, set and change passwords, and order and track stock or inventory items. See "Managing Clerk Information".
- Reports - Enables you to view and print records of all transactions completed at this point of sale (POS ID), and all voided documents and account notices. See "Generating Reports".
- Messages - Enables you to view messages based on your permission level. See "Viewing New and Past Messages".
- Help - Displays the Help that describes the various functions available in this application.
- Logout - Enables you to log out of the application so that another user can log in. This links is available on most screens. If it is not available, click Main Menu and then Logout.
