When you are finished using the LSA, or want to let someone else log in to the application, you must log out. If you forget to log out before quitting or closing internet browser, the point of sale location (POS ID) is unavailable for anyone to log in to until the system automatically logs out after 10 minutes of inactivity. See "Releasing POS ID's" for more information.
To Log Out:
- Click the Logout link when available.
Or
Click Main Menu to open the Main Menu screen, and then click Logout. - The Login screen appears, indicating that your user ID is logged out and the application is ready for another person to log in.
