Retrieve the customer's record.
If the customer has made past purchases in the last three license years that they are eligible to purchase again, an expedited checkout window will appear. This feature makes it easy to add to the Shopping Cart what the customer purchased in years past.
- Once the Continue or Recreational Sale button is selected to continue to the Item Selection screen, a pop up window will appear displaying past purchases. Left-click Add Selected Items To Cart.
- If the customer made multiple past purchases, but would only like to purchase select items for the current license year, the Add column may be unchecked for items not to be added to the cart. If the customer does not wish to purchase any of the same items from previous years, left-click Return To Item Selection.
- As items are added to the cart, additional details may be required. More details on these additional prompts are described in "To Enter Additional (Ancillary) Information" and "Entering Dates".
