The Shopping Cart screen lists all items selected for purchase, as well as the total amount of payment due. The Shopping Cart screen also displays an individual basket (section) for each customer involved in the transaction. For example, if several family members are purchasing licenses together, the Shopping Cart screen shows the purchase and the transaction type for each person in a separate basket.
Within each basket, license items are organized by transaction type, such as, Sale, and Replacement.
It is important that any necessary updates to customer information be completed before you verify purchases in the Shopping Cart screen. Even though you can access the Update Customer Profile link from the Shopping Cart screen, doing so causes the system to empty the Shopping Cart so that all items will have to be selected again.
To Use the Shopping Cart:
- After selecting license items to be purchases, the Shopping Cart screen appears, as shown in Figure 49.

NOTE: Each customer's items are in individual baskets. Click on Sales at the upper right of a basket, to add more items. - Verify that the items in the Shopping Cart are the ones the customer wants to purchase.
Add and remove items in the Shopping Cart as needed:
- To add new items, click Continue Shopping to go back to the Recreational Sales screen. See "Selling Recreational License Items".
- To remove an item from the Shopping Cart, click Remove in the row containing the item.
- To remove a donation item from the Shopping Cart, selecting Remove will remove the donation item however to continue the checkout process you must make the selection No Thanks. If you do not make a selection of a donation amount nor the No Thanks option a prompt will appear requesting that you make a selection of No Thanks, as shown in Figure 50.

Click Done to proceed to the Check Out screen (see "To Check Out and Finalize the Purchase (Agent Users)").
NOTE: Click Cancel Order at any time to cancel the transaction and return to the Main Menu screen.
