- Perform a search and locate the record you want to view (see "Searching for a Customer Record"). The Customer Details screen appears, as shown in Figure 65.

Click View Holdings, located at the bottom of on the Customer Details screen. The Holdings screen appears, as shown in Figure 66.

In the Customer Details screen, click Continue to open the Item Selection screen. Click View/Change Holdings, located near the top of on the Recreational Sales screen. The Holdings screen appears, as shown in Figure 66.

A list of license items currently held by the customer displays. - Click Go Back to return to the previous screen.
