Agents compare the cash register's transactions with a Shift Report. The Shift Report shows all transactions at a specific terminal, including the amount collected from each customer, since the last Shift Report.
A Shift Report cannot span more than one day. If the time elapsed since the last request is more than one calendar day, the application automatically generates one Shift Report for each day. These Shift Reports are then arranged one below the other.
You can verify a Shift Report by comparing it to agent receipts (see "Checking Out and Finalizing the Purchase"). Each line on a Shift Report matches the total amount printed on the corresponding agent receipt.
To Generate a Shift Report:
- Click Reports in the Main Menu screen. The Reports Menu screen appears, as shown in Figure 134.

- Click Generate Shift Report. The Shift Report screen appears, as shown in Figure 135.

A Shift Report automatically includes all the shifts since the last Shift Report, so you do not need to specify a date. A Shift Report lists transaction number, date and time, item, fee and whether the amount was swept (debited) from the agent's account.
NOTE: The report is printed on the standard printer, not on the license printer.
- If you are using the Thin Client device click Receipt Print.
OR
If you are using the Windows application you can print to a network printer. Click Network Print. - Click Done to return to the Reports Menu screen.
