There are a number of specific reasons that a login can fail. Solutions to these problems are listed below. If you experience any other application issues that require troubleshooting, see "Troubleshooting".
If your login attempt fails try the following:
- If the LSA has stopped responding, close the Internet browser window, restart the LSA (see "Starting the Application") and log in again (see "Logging In").
- Double-check your user ID and password and re-enter the information. The User ID and Password fields are case sensitive (the LSA recognizes lowercase and uppercase letters as being different). User IDs and passwords must have the correct combination of uppercase and lowercase letters to work correctly.
- Check to see if the Caps Lock key on your keyboard is activated. If activated, deactivate it and re-enter your user ID and password.
If you still cannot log in after trying these troubleshooting tips, call the Texas License Connection Help Desk at 866-852-8793 or contact your system administrator.
