After all items for purchase are selected and have been verified in the Shopping Cart (see "Verifying the Shopping Cart"), you can proceed with check out.
To Check Out and Finalize the Purchase:
- After verifying that the items that are listed for purchase on the Shopping Cart screen are correct, click Checkout. The Checkout screen appears, as shown in Figure 53.

- In the Payment Type section, select the option for the type of payment being used. If the customer is paying by check, enter the check number. If the customer is paying by credit card, select the vendor from the drop-down list.
NOTE: Licenses are not sold until you click Print and Save. If you exit the program at any time before this, or click Cancel Order, the transaction is cancelled. - If you are not the person currently logged into the system, enter your name in the Sales Person ID field.
- Click Print and Save to print license documents and save the transaction. When complete, the message shown in Figure 54 appears.

Figure 54: Transaction Saved Message Dialog Box - Click OK to close the message dialog box and print the license documents. The license prints on the license printer. After the documents are printed, the Confirm Print screen appears, as shown in Figure 55.

WARNING: You have a total of three attempts to print the license. The transaction will be canceled after the third attempt.
If the license was not properly printed, select Print Error and click Reprint.
All items can be marked as printed with one click by clicking the Mark All As Printed button.
Once the license has been properly printed, select Printed and click OK. The Agent Receipt screen appears, as shown in Figure 56.

NOTE: Receipts are NOT required to be printed by TPWD. -
If you are using the Thin Client device, click Receipt Print.
Or
If you are using the Windows application, you can print to a network printer.
Click Network Print.The application returns to the Main Menu screen.
